guaranteed to make your vacations easy and trouble-free.
Please note that this site is meant for making legitimate
reservations only and its services must not be used
for any other purposes including making speculative,
false or fraudulent reservations. The content provided
in this site including text, graphics, button icons,
etc may not be copied, reproduced, republished,
uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed without
written permission of the owner of this site. You
may however download, display and print maps and
information presented in this site for your personal,
non-commercial use. Any device, software or routine
must not be used to hamper or attempt to hamper
the proper working of this site.
You are entitled to a limited,
non-transferable license to use this site in accordance
with the terms and conditions mentioned below:
Service description
This website along with each of its modules and
the arrangement and compilation of its content have
been created and operated by Bookings Europe B.V
(trade name BOOKINGS). This company works as an
intermediate between hotels and users in order to
help the latter conveniently search and book hotel
accommodations online.
Privacy
Your privacy is safeguarded at all cost. BOOKINGS
adopts exceptionally strict ethical standards and
does not, under any circumstances, reveal your personal
information to a third party. For further information

Age and Responsibility
Users of this site must be of sufficient legal age
to create binding legal obligations for any liability
that may be incurred as a result of using this site.
Please understand that you are financially responsible
for all uses of this site by you using your login
information.
Credit card guarantee
In order to confirm your reservation all hotels
will need your credit card details Your credit card
information will be sent directly to the respective
hotel. As soon as your booking is confirmed you
will automatically enter into an agreement with
your chosen hotel. However, your credit card will
not be charged at this stage. You will be required
to make all payments at the hotel itself.
Please rest assured that your
credit card information is regarded very seriously.
The standard industry technology "Secure Socket
Layer (SSL)" is used to encrypt all credit
card details. Therefore every transaction made is
guaranteed to be 100% safe. However, should there
be, by any chance, any proven misuse or abuse of
your credit card due to BOOKINGS, the first 50 Euro
shall be reimbursed by the company and the concerned
credit card company is obliged to pay the remainder.
Free Services
BOOKINGS offers its services for free. No additional
fee such as reservation fee, etc. is added to the
room rate.
Cancellation policy
As soon as you ask for a reservation, you will receive
a confirmation E-mail. This mail includes instructions
for cancellation in case you need to cancel your
stay. If you cancel according to the hotel’s
own cancellation policy no fee will be charged.
Please read the cancellation policy of the hotel
carefully before you ask for a cancellation. If
you cancel later than requested by the hotel or
do not show up at all, the hotel might charge you
a fee for it, which is usually the equivalent of
1 night’s stay at the hotel. However, BOOKINGS
will not charge any cancellation fee.
Disclaimer
The service of BOOKINGS is based on information
provided by respective hotels. Every care is taken
to ensure that all information provided is accurate;
nevertheless, it cannot be guaranteed to be comprehensive
and error-free. BOOKINGS cannot, under any circumstances,
be held responsible for any kind of indirect or
consequential loss of profit. Its maximum liability
is limited to the amount paid for staying at the
hotel. It is strongly recommended that you verify
all your information before acting on them.
BOOKINGS accepts no liability
for any damages to, or viruses infecting your computer
or other property as a result of accessing, using
or browsing in this site or downloading any material,
data, text or images from this site.
BOOKINGS is registered in the Netherlands and Dutch
laws apply to all its services. All disputes shall
be addressed with reference to Dutch laws.
