Hotel Okura Amsterdam is located on the southern extreme of Amsterdam’s city centre. Transportation is convenient as it is easily accessible by car or public transport. From all directions, please follow Ring Amsterdam (A10). Take exit RAI (S109) and then turn right at the traffic lights, direction RAI/Centrum (S109). After reaching the roundabout, take the second street at your right side and at the traffic lights (Scheldestraat) take a right turn. After 500 meters you will find Hotel Okura Amsterdam on your right hand side.

The interior of the restaurant is designed keeping in mind the ceremonial Zen Buddhist houses of 15th and 16th century Japan. The guest’s are also invited to take a seat at the sushi bar and for certain occasions one of the six private rooms will be at their disposal. For the Japanese breakfast reservations should be made in advance.

Teppanyaki Restaurant Sazanka
The Okura's Teppanyaki Restaurant Sazanka means 'to grill on a hot plate’. This is traditionally the oldest method of preparing food in Japan. Various kinds of fish and meat, including the very exclusive Wagyu beef, are prepared with utmost care. The interior of the restaurant is designed in a contemporary Japanese style, keeping in mind the important role nature plays in Japanese daily life. The eleven teppanyaki hot plates will seat seven to ten guests each and are perfect for all occasions. Private lunches for at least ten guests are available on request. The restaurant is situated in the ground floor.

Le Camelia Brasserie
