The AV Apartments are located in the old and historical heart of Amsterdam close to the world famous canals, the Dam Square with the Royal Palace, shopping areas, the Red Light District and Madame Tussaud’s. The Nieuwmarket is only 5 minutes’ walking distance away from the hotel. The Leidseplein with its restaurants, pubs, bars, and cafes is pretty close too. The Museum area can be reached within 10 minutes on foot. In the neighbourhood you will find a lot of coffee shops, cafés, and museums.

Take Highway A10 in the direction of Amsterdam or Zaandam West. Now take exit S102 towards the City Centre. The AV Apartments are located on the Warmoesstraat.
